Due to the nature of some overseas locations, we reserve the right to refuse delivery without reason. In the event of this a full refund will be issued. Express	We aim to dispatch your order Monday - Friday (Guaranteed by 1pm - next working day).

If the parcel is trackable online, the tracking number will be included in this email. You can also check this information by going to the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
