Arran Active Click & Collect Service

When you order online at www.arranactive.co.uk you have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it instore at Arran Active, Brodick, Isle of Arran.

With our free click and collect service, you are now able to shop from the entire range, place your order and collect it from our outdoor clothing & equipment store in Brodick, Isle of Arran within an hour all from the comfort of your home. You can collect your order between 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Saturday and between 9:30 - 17:00 on Sundays.

How to use our click & collect service

Step 1: Once you have completed your online shop, head on over to your shopping basket.

Step 2: Click on Checkout.

• If you do not have an account click Proceed.
• If you have an account enter your email address, click on I have an account, enter your password and click Proceed.

Step 3: Enter your details, billing address, and select I would like to collect my order in store under Collection.

Step 4: Proceed to payment to complete your order.

Step 4: Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with your order details.

Step 5: When your order is ready to collect we will contact you via email to arange a delivery date and time that suits you.

Note:

Please bring along your proof of ID and confirmation email when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then please make sure that they have your proof of ID and confirmation email.
