We work hard to ensure our prices are competitive on like for like products which is no easy feat for any business in today’s economy. However, we are committed to delivering great value products and don’t believe in inflating our prices unfairly – many of our customer are surprised to find our prices are often less than major retails on many items across the store!

Our Price Promise

We’ll always try and price match any like-for-like product where we can. If you’ve found an item cheaper somewhere else always get in-touch via email, chat or phone and we’ll see if we can do anything to match the price you’ve found.

Whilst we make no promise to price match every time we will always do our very best on a case by case basis and promise to fairly review any price match request you make

Price Match Criteria

• We do not price match online only retailers
• Other retailers must be a like-for-like competitor with a physical store(s). We will try where possible to match major retailers but due to purchasing power we may not be able to match some prices
• UK Only
• We will not match sale items or end of line product offers

Why don't we price match online only retailers?

With a team of local staff, a building to run and plenty of overheads we cannot always match online only retailers who operate from a warehouse with a fraction of the costs. Unlike these retailers you’ll be dealing with a team of passionate locals who offer advice, fitting and expertise that no online store can when you shop with us here at Arran Active.
