We know that when it comes to shopping you have pretty much an unlimited choice of shops to choose from especially when you shop online. As a small UK independent family-run business the fact that you’ve chosen to shop with us means a great deal and ensures we can continue to offer even more choice and support our local team. We’ve introduced a brand-new Loyalty Scheme as a way of saying Thank You to those who shop with us regularly. It’s super simple and as an online customer you’re automatically enrolled the first time you shop with us!

Loyalty Scheme Summary

  • Shop in-store or online - you'll get points on most items although there may be some exclusions from time to time
  • Earn Points - when you make a purchase; for every £1 you spend (excluding delivery) we’ll give you 2 points
  • Get Rewarded - we’ll automatically issue you with a £5 voucher to spend online or in-store when you reach 500 points. If you’re in-store when you hit this number, you’ll be issued with a gift voucher along with your receipt. Shopping Online? We’ll pop this in your parcel along with your receipt.

Loyalty Online and In-Store

  • If you shop online you’re automatically enrolled in our loyalty scheme. If you want a physical card to shop in-store just ask the team when you’re next at the till. Make sure you tell them that you’re already registered on the website to ensure you earn points on both.
  • If you shop in-store only you can sign up for your loyalty card with the team when you next pay. We’ll need your name, email address and consent to opt-in to our quarterly marketing. We’ll set you up online and all you’ll need to do if you want to shop online is rest your password.

Arran Active Loyalty Card - Terms and Conditions:

There are a small number of T&C’s relating to our loyalty scheme and whilst not exhaustive you’ll find some of the key aspects below. We reserve the right to change, cancel and withdraw this offer at anytime and without notice.


  • In-Store: Present your Loyalty card at the till before making payment. If you forget your card let the team member know and they can add you manually. We will not retrospectively add any points it you fail to do this before making payment
  • Online: You will see a points deduction on your receipt for any delivery fee's you have paid which will happen after payment has been taken. Points are not redeemable against any form of delivery or service charge.
  • There is no cash value for the benefit and points provided under this scheme
  • Certain products may be excluded from the loyalty scheme. Please ask in store or contact us for information
  • This promotion and or scheme may be withdrawn and terminated at any time, for any reason and without notice. You will not be entitled to any points equivalent in such an event; there is no cash value to points
  • Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced
  • Your loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers
  • Lost loyalty gift vouchers once issued cannot be replaced if lost - look after these vouchers when issued. No cash alternative is offered.
  • You agree to opt-in to our marketing; this is a condition of this benefit being offered. You have the right to opt-out at any time but any benefit will be revoked
  • Arran Active ltd reserve the right to refuse this benefit or the redeeming or points for any reason without explanation
  • This benefit applies to personal purchases only – account and B2B purchases do not attract any of these benefits and should be placed with your normal store contact
  • Transactions are monitored to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions – any breach of these conditions will result in the benefit being revoked

    Arran Active Appreciation and Loyalty Card - Terms and Conditions:

    We offer exclusive discounts and benefits to selected charities and organisations each year. If you’re eligible for this benefit you’ll find sign-up instructions on your current joining poster. Please contact your manager or organisational lead for details. Like all of our customers you’ll also gain loyalty points which convert into vouchers at certain thresholds automatically.

    From January 2023 discount will only be given to holders of an authorised Loyalty Card.

    The following T&C's apply in addition to those listed above under Arran Active Loyalty Card - Terms and Conditions


    • In-Store: Present your Loyalty card at the till before making payment and inform the team member that your card includes a discount
    • Online: Discount is automatically applied to your registered email address. Discount is not applied to postage or service charges.
    • Discount and or benefit is provided to you as an individual and must not be shared with others
    • You may use your discount to buys gifts for others but not in return for payment
    • Payment must be made using a card in the same name as the loyalty card holder
    • There is no cash value for the discount or benefit provided
    • Certain products are excluded from this offer including Alcohol, local charity products, gift vouchers, sale and a number of other items. We may change, update or remove these products without notice. If shopping online ensure you do not add these items to your online basket; if any transaction contains excluded products your online purchase will be declined and we will contact you to re-place your order minus these items. This forms part of our contract of services to you.
    • Sale items are excluded in this promotion - some exclusions apply
    • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer
    • This promotion may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason and without notice
    • You agree to opt-in to our marketing; this is a condition of this benefit being offered. You have the right to opt-out at any time but your discount or benefit will be revoked
